Terms and Conditions

Orders & Lead Time
All custom cake orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance. Last-minute orders are subject to availability and may incur a rush fee.

Deposits & Payments
A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due by 3 days before the event date. Orders not fully paid by the due date may be cancelled.

 

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may be eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of the event.

Design Changes
Design changes must be requested at least 7 days before the event. Changes made after this time may not be accommodated and can result in additional charges.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Have allergies? Please tell us before placing your order so we can accommodate your needs safely.

 

Delivery & Pickup
Delivery is available for an additional fee and subject to availability. Once a cake has been picked up or delivered, we are no longer responsible for any damage that occurs thereafter.

 

Cake Storage
Detailed instructions for storing your cake will be provided upon pickup/delivery. Please follow these instructions to maintain the best quality and safety.

 

Photography
We reserve the right to photograph our cakes and use them for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, unless otherwise requested.
