Josh's Story
After studying Accounting at the University of Sydney, Josh realised his true passion lay in baking. He went on to train at Le Cordon Bleu and Le Culinaire Hospitality before beginning his career in a commercial kitchen. When the pandemic hit in 2020 and work opportunities slowed, Josh launched a home bakery in Sydney, offering delicious cakes and pastries to those stuck indoors.
Now based in Perth, Josh occasionally bakes from home while continuing to work as a head pastry chef in the city. He also shares his home with his adorable dog, Zoro.
